A little more about us...

"Pray and Go!" is an inspiration from Spirit to help us practice more of what we hope to teach others, and to help others move beyond thinking about Spirit to actually making spirituality a part of daily life! Prayer and Meditation are the tools we can use to do that!

Busy lifestyles are too often the excuse why we don't commit more time to our internal spiritual life. Then we feel guilty because we haven't prayed or meditated or spent time in study or reflection about Spirit's presence in our lives.

No need to feel guilty! Just know there's a time and a place for Spirit in your life and that time is now and the place is here!

Our Mission: The Mission of Pray and Go is to become more aware of the Presence and Power of Spirit in our lives at every moment, and to help others become more Aware by empowering them with the tools of Prayer and Meditation, and further, encouraging the use of these tools at every moment possible, so to reap the rewards of a life more blessed by the expressive presence of Spirit.

MORE TO COME! We are still in the development stages but are here to serve and help you now...
